This is non-negotiable for our client, so if you’re looking for hybrid roles with more remote / flexible working opportunities, this won’t be right for you.</em><br> <br>………………<br> <br>We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMO specialist to join a global logistics company on a full time basis.<br> <br>Our client has a fantastic global reputation and is one of the leading names in their industry. They’re headquartered in Central London, where they’ve assembled a talented team who are hard at work delivering a major digital / IT transformation programme, which is impacting every area of the business. And with this programme now entering an important phase, they're looking to add a PMO Support to the team.<br> <br>This role reports into their PMO Lead and is about providing crucial support to ensure the successful delivery of projects, programmes and portfolios across the org. You’ll need a flexible and pragmatic approach, be comfortable managing stakeholders across all levels, and have at least 1 years’ experience working in an Azure DevOps environment, in which you utilised ADO tools to configure projects, create task and manage backlogs.<br> <br>Essential Requirements:<br> <br><ul><li>4+ years PMO experience.</li><li>Previously used Azure DevOps tools to aid PMO activities.</li><li>Experience across multiple industries / business types.</li><li>Worked for a business that undergoing an IT / Digital Transformation programme.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of project Management methodologies, tools and project control mechanisms.</li><li>Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Excellent organisational skills including planning and forecasting</li></ul> <br>Whilst not essential, industry experience across logistics, shipping, transportation, oil & gas, telco or utilities will be considered favourably.<br /><br /><em><em>We encourage applicants from all backgrounds, so if there is anything we can do to make our recruitment processes better for you and to allow you to show your best self, let us know. Jamie Perlmutter

<p>Jamie has worked in the tech/digital sector for over a decade and since joining Futureheads in 2016, he&rsquo;s helped a number of leading businesses to scale and achieve their strategic and commercial goals.<br>&nbsp;<br>His recruitment mantra (inspired by a poster in one of our meeting rooms) is to work hard and be nice to people. In practice, this means Jamie strives to go the extra mile, providing clear channels of communication and leveraging his problem-solving skills to create positive experiences for candidates and clients alike.<br>&nbsp;<br>Jamie&rsquo;s a hands-on recruiter and people manager whose experience includes both embedded and 360 contingency recruitment, spanning all talent disciplines across the product development lifecycle. However, his sweet spot is Product Design, UX, Service Design and User Research.<br>&nbsp;<br>Outside of work, when Jamie&rsquo;s not busy being a dad to his young son, you&rsquo;ll either find him at gigs, eating fancy burgers or complaining from the North Bank at the Emirates Stadium.&nbsp;</p>
