April is recognised as Stress Awareness Month, and as Digital Recruiters, we see a lot of stress throughout our daily lives - now feels like a great time to raise awareness and educate people about the dangers of stress and how it can affect our lives. Stress is a natural and inevitable part of life, but it can also become chronic, leading to physical and mental health problems. Stress Awareness Month is an opportunity to learn more about stress, identify its effects, and take steps to manage it effectively.
